The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is the premier multilateral development institution within Latin America and the Caribbean region. The objective of this consultancy as part of the newly created Development Facilitation Team, which is responsible for advancing development in the region, is to provide services related to strategic planning, change management, human resources, budget & finance, general administration, and
corporate management for CCB, in support of the Banks objectives and activities in the region.

Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related area. Training and certification in agile methodologies and/or Project Management are highly desired. Two years of relevant experience in the
management of human resources, budgeting, accounting, corporate management, and general administration. Knowledge of relevant IDB Group policies, procedures, systems, databases, and management processes would be an advantage. Demonstrated knowledge of a range of digital communications tools to create and disseminate business content is required.
Hands-on experience using digital technologies and content management systems with demonstrated knowledge of digital audience analytics, collection of business and system requirements, and reporting is desired.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Oral and written proficiency in a second Bank language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is an asset.
